Federico J. Sánchez is President and Chief Executive Officer of Interlink Group, a full-service real estate investment firm founded in 1977 and based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with regional operations across the Caribbean and South Florida. Under his leadership, Interlink has developed, constructed, and managed landmark hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects that have helped shape Puerto Rico’s urban and tourism landscape.

His portfolio includes internationally recognized developments such as the first LEED-certified hotel in the Caribbean. Through Interlink Construction and Interlink Management Services, he has also overseen major infrastructure, airport, and institutional projects throughout Puerto Rico and the eastern Caribbean.

Mr. Sánchez holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross, an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and an Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) degree from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. He is an active civic and industry leader, serving on multiple boards and organizations including the Urban Land Institute, the Puerto Rico Tourism Business Council, and several educational and conservation institutions.
