Hermand Méndez, P.E. is President and Partner at Interlink, with 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including 31 years with the firm. He provides strategic leadership and oversight of construction operations, with expertise in preconstruction services, general contracting, project management, value engineering, and negotiations. His experience includes executive leadership of major projects such as the $180 million capacity enhancement and improvement program at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport and the $500 million Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club, which was completed on time and on budget and later received the AAA Five Diamond Award.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Puerto Rico, OSHA 30-hour certified, and a member of the Associated General Contractors of Puerto Rico and the Home Builders Association.
