Hilda Torres is Comptroller at Interlink, where she has been an instrumental part of the company's administration since joining in February 1985. She manages all accounting functions across Interlink and its many affiliated and sister companies, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, bank reconciliations, the general ledger, job cost, and property management, and she oversees audits and tax filings. She is responsible for keeping the company current on compliance with Hacienda, other Government of Puerto Rico entities, and applicable federal rules and tax codes.

Hilda joined Interlink as a Staff Accountant less than a year after earning her Bachelor's degree in Accounting and held every position and function within the accounting department before becoming Comptroller in September 2007. She has been instrumental in developing and managing the company's internal controls, building adequate accounting record systems, and creating policies and procedures in accounting and other areas ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Over the years, she has led the implementation of computer systems and programs and the automation of financial functions, and has trained more than 20 employees in the accounting department and many more in construction.

With over 40 years of experience, Hilda is among the most knowledgeable employees in the company, recognized as a go-to resource and known for getting things done. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón Campus.
