José E. Delgado Ríos is Executive Vice President and Partner at Interlink, where his responsibilities include the analysis, due diligence, and negotiation of new venture opportunities; the structuring and financing of new projects and joint ventures; the implementation of development strategies; and the management and coordination of pre-construction efforts. He joined Interlink Group in August 2003 after six years in Corporate Banking at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, where he participated in more than $200 million in commercial financing facilities across multiple industries and managed client credit relationships, financial requirements, and covenant compliance.

Prior to joining Interlink, Delgado also served as Product Manager in Banco Popular’s Business Banking Division and as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, where he led process improvement, organizational redesign, and strategic initiatives. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with high distinction with an emphasis in Finance and Corporate Strategy, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology; he is also a licensed Professional Engineer and Real Estate Broker in Puerto Rico.
