The resort is located in Puerto Rico’s northeast coast, with over 1 mile of golden beach, 2 golf courses, a casino, and 10 eclectic restaurants and lounges. Interlink Construction was the general contractor converting 201 hotel keys to 122 timeshare units in the west wing of the hotel. It also included a new sales center and gallery, gazebo and a spacious 3,500 square foot pool.

The timeshare conversion was completed in an incredibly fast-tracked schedule. It required MEP system replacement, door and hardware modifications, the addition of kitchenettes, bathrooms, flooring, lighting and FF&E replacements. The gazebo was remodeled to include new finishes and the build-our of a new kitchen and bar with equipment. The new pool included a zero entry access, water features, jacuzzi, and a swim-up bar.
