Vanessa de Mari-Monserrate is a licensed architect, construction manager, and real estate broker with more than 25 years of experience in residential, hospitality, and commercial development. She currently serves as Executive Vice President at Interlink, where she leads residential projects from early planning and permitting through design coordination, marketing, and sales execution.

She holds dual master’s degrees in architecture and construction management from Washington University in St. Louis and brings extensive expertise in construction administration, procurement, and project delivery. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the successful development of more than 2,270 residential units and numerous large-scale projects across Puerto Rico, consistently ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.

Ms. de Mari-Monserrate has been an active leader within Puerto Rico’s construction industry, serving on the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Builders Association since 2011. She made history as the organization’s first female Vice President (2020–2022) and President (2022–2024). She is also an active member of the College of Architects and Landscape Architects of Puerto Rico and has participated in public-sector workforce development initiatives.
